To make your house really feel like your home, there is a personal storage box in each of your homes. You fill this box with your personal belongings such as your favorite swimming trunks, toothbrush, shampoo and the kids’ toys. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your personal box is ready for you so you can enjoy your own vacation home to the fullest.
Renting vs Summit Living
When renting a vacation home, the cost is high and brings no return. In contrast, when buying a vacation home, you invest your money in real estate. As an owner yourself, you maintain the value of the property and even benefit from its natural increase in value. With a future sale, you can then earn a return on your investment, most likely getting the full amount back. In this way, you not only utilize your money, but also invest it in a valuable asset.
