Book your weeks. Fairly distributed. Smartly managed.
Summit Living uses an intelligent booking system designed to give owners maximum freedom while ensuring a fair distribution of the most popular weeks. You can easily book through your personal account or the Summit Living app.
How the
system works
Each property is available to owners (families) for 50 weeks per year.
2 weeks are reserved for maintenance and are excluded from the booking system.
The available weeks are distributed through a credit system. Families use these credits to book their holiday weeks. The system is designed to give everyone an equal opportunity throughout the year to reserve their preferred weeks.
Bookings are always made in full weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.
Credits and
seasonal balance
Not every week is equally popular. That’s why Summit Living works with a credit-based system:
High-season week
3 credits
Mid-season week
2 credits
Low-season week
1 credit
The classification of high, mid, and low season may differ per property. This is because holiday periods vary by region and country. Summit Living takes this into account when assigning week categories, ensuring the distribution remains realistic and fair.
Fair allocation through smart technology
The core goal of our system is simple: every family should have a real chance to book the weeks they value most.
To achieve this, Summit Living uses an algorithm that:
Takes holiday periods per region and country into account
Works with your personal family profile
Ensures equal allocation opportunities for popular weeks
Prevents the same families from consistently securing the most desirable weeks
Your profile helps the system understand your situation, such as school holidays, preferred travel periods, family size, and usage patterns. This results in a distribution that is both fair and practical.
Expected
annual usage
Summit Living is structured to ensure sufficient availability for all families.
• 50 weeks available per property
• 3 properties = 150 weeks available per year
• 14 families sharing this availability
Depending on how you allocate your credits (high, mid, or low season), this typically results in approximately 10 to 12 weeks of use per family per year.
Booking more low-season weeks allows you to get more weeks from your credits. Booking mainly high-season weeks uses your credits more quickly.
Simple booking via
app or personal account
Booking your stay is designed to be straightforward and transparent.
Through your personal account of the Summit Living app, you can:
• View availability per property
• Reserve weeks using your credits
• Indicate which family members are staying
• Enter the number of guests
• Register additional guests if needed
You can also share your preferences within your profile. Wherever possible, Summit Living takes these into account, such as:
• Preferred destinations or properties
• Preference for quieter periods
• Specific travel windows
Support, changes, and direct communication
The Summit Living app goes beyond booking, it supports your entire stay.
You can easily:
• Request changes
• Schedule additional cleaning services
• Report maintenance matters
• Communicate directly with the Summit Living team
This creates a direct, personal line of communication, ensuring quick support without intermediaries or complexity.
