What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a charming, traditional Spanish home that embodies the essence of Mediterranean Summit Living.
An ideal location near the azure-blue sea is essential, allowing for refreshing swims and relaxing beach days. The property should offer an oasis of tranquillity and enjoyment, featuring a swimming pool or plunge pool to cool off.
Outdoor living is key, so generous outdoor spaces for dining and unwinding under the radiant Spanish sun are a must. A special nice-to-have is a private mango orchard, enabling us to enjoy delicious, juicy fruit straight from our own trees.
Naturally, the location is of great importance, with close proximity to both the enchanting sea and an airport for effortless travel connections.

Paella is undoubtedly the crown jewel of the regional dishes, often prepared with saffron, local rice, and a range of seafood caught along the coast. Tapas—small bites ranging from olives and cheeses to Ibérico ham and fried squid—are an essential part of the food culture. Those with a sweet tooth will also enjoy local specialties such as turron (nougat) and horchata, a refreshing drink made from tiger nuts, highlighting the diversity and richness of the Costa Blanca’s culinary landscape.
Nature
The nature of the Costa Blanca combines rugged mountain landscapes, beautiful valleys, and vast sandy beaches along the Mediterranean Sea. The inland area offers a surprising contrast with its mountains, where hikers and nature lovers can enjoy breathtaking views and rich biodiversity. Along the coastline, picturesque bays and cliffs alternate with long, golden beaches—perfect for sunbathers, swimmers, and water sports enthusiasts. There are also several protected natural areas and parks that preserve and showcase the region’s unique flora and fauna.
